Magisterial District Judge Annie R. Gomez Shockey, a Waynesboro native, obtained her Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Shepherd University. She then received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh. After being admitted to the practice of law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania she started working in private practice. Her time in private practice was mainly focused on criminal law, family law, and immigration law matters. She has been serving the residents of Waynesboro and Washington Township as their Magisterial District Judge since 2018.
